🤨Are you struggling to find the right eyebrow technician for yourself? Here's some tips for you
💓Make sure the artist you're considering has experience with different techniques (microblading, powder, combo etc). If they only know how to do one technique, they're likely going to sell you that technique, regardless of whether or not it's ideal for you.
💙Look to see if they're creating the exact same brow shape every time or if they seem to customize it to the individual. A tattoo should never sit more than a touch outside someone's natural shape so it should look different for everyone.
💚Make sure they post some head on shots on IG (or any other social media platforms). Only images of one single upside down brow is not a good sign. It's easy to make a brow look great that way.
🩷 Try and find images of healed work.
I'll admit, it's hard as an artist to incentivize people to come back for healed photos, but it's so telling. For example, big, fluffy microblading can look gorgeous immediately after, but once it's healed it can look like an absolute mess.
💝Book a consultation with your artist.
They should be honest and upfront about what this is going to look like over time. They should also be honest about the limitations of skin - you need to choose the technique that is most appropriate for you!
