Terrible hair quality and terrible customer service. I was recommend to use this company by my hairstylist which i was eager to try. However when the hair finally came in the mail I was disappointed by the quality. The hair is completely see through and the curl pattern looks much different as to what was advertised online. When I tried contacting the company to rectify the situation the person Emma that I was speaking with was very distasteful and not accommodating. I simply stated that I wasn't satisfied with the quality of the hair and wanted to know if I can do an exchange at their in store location so I can see the quality of the hair. She was immediately hostile and not trying to accommodate my situation. She also claims since I threw away the barcode that came with the bundles I was no longer able to exchange. The hair still has the tag and I have proof of the package with the address from Ted hair. However she states I am lying because I no longer have the barcode. I'm super disappointed not only with their products, but how they handled the situation

I purchased hair for the first time 7 months ago and let me tell you, I removed the hair, had it washed and re-installed several times, and the quality is unchanged! The best part is the length appears longer than inches stated and it has minimum shedding. I also love the thickness of the hair! Take my word for it…the hair is worth every penny! Additionally, the customer support from the ladies is exceptional, that just adds a plus to the overall experience! Visit and buy Tedhair!

2nd time coming here. LOVEEE the quality of the hair, first time buying I got a deep wave..knots bleached beautifully and did not need to pluck!

They relocated to 15900 Pines Blvd and let me tell you customer service at it's best, quality hair. They were soft and true to length, so if you wanna purchase human hair wigs for yourself or start a business, check them out.

I bought two packs of hair tape extensions one year ago. The hair is still good just wanna switch to brown so I came back to buy two packs of brown tape extensions. Price and quality are excellent. Will keep coming back.

Do not waste your time and energy going to TedHair. The hair quality is horrible and garbage after 1 wash and wear. Take the time to order from a reputable hair vendor. You’ll do better at a beauty supply store.
