Worked with them for a year but when it came to transferring over all the data, they didn’t finish their end of the bargain/contract and Mike blocked all communications despite multiple requests to send us our data. Really disappointed and unprofessional of him given how much business he had with our company before we stopped using his services.

I am not tech “saavy” but was asked to call someone to come out and see if they could install a better (faster) network. Ours kept going down for one reason or another. I called the people at Techs On Call and a few other companies. They were quick to respond and found some outdated equipment along with some misconfigured stuff. Now we are fast! Thanks!!
