Melissa Lopes was exactly the right agent to help me and my elderly Father sell a vacant lot in Spring Hill, FL that he purchased back in 1988. Paula assisted in our viewing and purchasing a property for sale in Brooksville Florida while we were home in Northeast Ohio in a period of just over a week! The closing was Expedited due to the failing health of the seller so we all had to scramble to get the documentation and funds arranged so quickly. Paula was extremely responsive to our many questions and follow up and gave us referrals for the home inspector, pest inspector, help with getting the utilities switched over as well as home insurance and security system Quotes.
