Writing this as a buyer and seller with Team Herr. Overall, we had an amazing experience working with team Herr as buyers and sellers. We primarily worked with Nikki, who was wonderful throughout the entire process. She was always available, even on the weekends, and a great communicator. She clearly explained every step of the buying and selling process. We felt comfortable sharing our concerns and priorities and never felt pressure from them to do a certain thing. They always had our back and genuinely wanted to make sure that our family found a house that suited our needs and made sure that we got the best deal as buyers and sellers. We feel so lucky to have had them as our realtor.

Team Herr did an incredible job. I had to move out of state quickly and they made my transition trouble-free. Nikki Hayden was on top of getting my place on the market and their photographer/marketing team did Amazing! I knew as soon as I met Nikki I was going to work with Team Herr. My idea of buying a house was one of it being complicated and tedious, mind you this is my first home, but Ingrid’s availability, good vibe, and professional manner made everything seem so simple.
