Typically in the past they have been very good of reaching back out to customers. Unfortunately I have called to see when they would show up to give me an estimate and they told me they planned to come out that same day I called… they never showed up. Unfortunate. This is the second time this has happened to me with them so I just went with a different landscape company.

TC Desert Cactus Landscaping went above and beyond our expectations. They took our backyard, which was nothing but dirt, and transformed it into a place where both our family and our dogs can enjoy playing and relaxing in! Their attention to detail and excellent communication with us to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted each and every step along the way resulted in a yard we are proud to show off! Our yard is "company ready" thanks to TC Desert Cactus Landscaping because once they completed the project, they spent a considerable amount of time making sure the entire area (both back yard and the front of the house) was immaculate! It is clear from working with these landscapers that this family business places a high value on integrity, a good work ethic, and doing things right the first time! New to the area and contacted TC Desert Cactus based on their reviews. I scheduled an appointment specifically after the Fourth of July holiday in anticipation of the company being booked up. I spoke with the owner who was very pleasant. I set an appointment for July 8th for an initial once over of my property. My appointment on July 8th came and went. No one showed, no one called, no one said anything whatsoever. I waited a few days and called to reschedule. No one answered so I left a voicemail. 48 hours later and no one has returned my call. Im disappointed that I tried to do business with this company based solely off of reviews only to end up with terrible (IE zero) customer service.
