I had TBulls llc pour an extension to my basketball court for a pickleball court in April 2022. Cracks immediately formed, so in July 2022 TBulls took out half sections which created different colored areas and more expansion joints--not good for a pickleball court. Notice the uneven surfaces in the pictures. TBulls claims they must have been caused by snow melt, sprinklers, or trees. There are no sprinklers or trees near the court. Either they didn’t prepare the ground properly or they should have used metal throughout the court extension, which they didn’t do, or both. The contract called for “soft cutts” that should have created extra smooth expansion joints, but instead, the joints are jagged and pitted. Instead of removing 2 of the sections, they “patched” the long crack and little pieces are now flaking off. The included pictures were taken a little over 3 years since the work was done. If you want your project to last, get a different contractor.
