TBT Towing

On a cold January day when AMA was claiming 15 hour wait times we called TBT and they took care of us promptly. We had some small concerns that were looked after quickly and without issue. From experience I can tell you this is a trustworthy shop.

Sam is my knight in shining armour I kid you not. After being ran off the road and totalling my car in -30°C he was the first person to respond ready to help. He kept me calm warm and made sure I was okay. He stayed with me right to the end. Wonderful man and human being.

I rolled my vehicle out by rollyview and Leduc and they were quick to arrive and although they couldn’t do it that night, they got a second truck and came back the next day. They got it out of a 6/7 foot ditch without causing any more damage to it which is amazing and they took pictures of my vehicles damage for me. They were great, it was my first accident and they took care of it for me.

Gave me a really good price and the service was great. They were quick, professional, and handled my car carefully. Highly recommend if you need a towing service!

Really nice guy towed my car. My first time towing by myself so I did confuse him with my location and all but he still was able to locate me and was really understanding.
