Thomas and his team worked on our basement over this past summer and early fall. Thomas is a true professional and is very easy to work with. He is extremely transparent, honest, and the price of his services is fair. I’ve worked with numerous contractors in the past, and there aren’t any that I would recommend as highly or as readily as Thomas. Thomas did a walk-through of our unfinished space, and I told him exactly what I was looking for. He wrote up a detailed contract indicating all of the work to be done, a rough timeline for completion, and provided very fair and transparent pricing for all aspects of the work. Items to be purchased outside of the agreement (ex. Fixtures, speaker equipment) were clearly indicated and rough estimates of those costs were added to help with the budgeting process. I wanted to have our job go through the formal permitting process; Thomas took care of everything without hesitation. The TBF-Pro team arrived every morning, on time, and cleaned up each day before leaving. Subcontractors were rarely needed which meant my wife and I were familiar with the same 2 or 3 faces throughout the project. Thomas was always available by phone or text when needed. He checked on the progress of the work throughout the project. Occasionally items came up that required a change/adjustment/addition. “Of course” was Thomas’s immediate answer to every request. To say that I am happy about the process or the outcome of our project is an understatement. We made a budget, found a great contractor to work with, and got exactly what we asked for. For anyone looking to tackle a sizeable project at a reasonable price, look no further because you’re not going to find anyone better than Thomas and TBF-Pro.

Thomas and his crew are complete professionals . They were not just technically sound but they also have great design sense like an artist to include all our suggestions in best way possible. There was constant communication with Thomas whenever there was upcoming small delay . His crew was always careful with moving the supplies in and out of the home and ensured cleanup at end of project . Will recommend him .
