Taylors Water & Sewer Co. has come out to my place for a few jobs now. They are courteous and clean and the price is fair. Highly satisfied with their work. They show up on time and get to work. When I asked, the workers showed me what they were doing and why but when I didn't they let me be and got after the job. I got the price range up front after they saw what needed done, and there were no surprises or extra fees or pressure sales talk, which I certainly appreciate. They are a solid crew who came to do the repairs, and their work holds up. On different trips, they repaired an underwater main water line using "no dig" method (saved me thousands), replaced a toilet, and repaired a kitchen faucet.

We were dreading how much it could cost and how long it would take to get someone to show up to fix our plumbing issues. We were so wrong. Tyler from Taylor Water & Sewer Co, came today, evaluated our plumbing problems and resolved our issues in less that an hour and the cost was reasonable. This company will be our go to if we have problems in the future.

I recently called Taylor(based on others recommendations) to detect and fix a waterleak in my condo. Taylor wasn't able to come out immediately so I scheduled the appt for a couple weeks out due to me being out of town. About an hour before they were supposed to come out, I got a call from their admin stating that Taylor was cancelling the appt and that there was no opportunity to reschedule. I thought...that's odd. I told the admin that I thought I knew what was up and asked the owner to call. I never received a call back. The rest of the story is that my condo is moving away from Signature Real Estate LLC(I will be writing a review soon) as a property management company. The owner of Signature can be very hard to deal with and it's his way or the highway and the HOA had had enough. Anyway, all things point to him telling Taylor to not respond to my call as a Tollgate owner and that future business depended on firing me as a customer. I can only speculate this is what happened since no one will talk to me, but Taylor isn't the only vendor I am not getting a response from and probably will run into this more. It's sad that grown men still act like children. From all the Google comments I have read and what I have heard is that Taylor does good work; however, if honoring commitments and courage mean anything to you, you might want to factor in the lack of integrity and cowardice from Taylor when making your plumbing decisions.

I came home from work to find a steady leak from my kitchen ceiling and water on the floor. After reaching out to other plumbing companies and being told they couldn’t help until the next day, Taylor came to my home despite coming from a job in Greensboro and it being well after 5:00 p.m. They took the time to locate the source of the leak which was two floors up from my kitchen, took pictures for my insurance, and fixed the problem. And their bill was completely reasonable. I wholeheartedly thank them for helping me with my plumbing emergency. They were great to work with.

Was recommended to me by a client. We were in a pinch, our water heater went out so I was extremely anxious about getting someone out to replace the water heater and pump ASAP. He was out getting everything replaced within a couple of hours - in the pouring rain! We were so grateful!! Very reasonable cost.

I called for service from Taylor's water and sewer company I cannot express how happy I am at the work that these guys did for me. They were courteous they were there when they said they were going to be there, they did an outstanding job they did not try to overcharge me or charged me for things that I did not need. I cannot say how much I appreciate them and I will use them from now on no other plumbers if you need a good plumbers this is who you need.

Saturday Emergency 🚨 It’s difficult to find a plumber on a weekend but Taylor’s Water & Sewer Co arrived within 1 hour of the initial contact, and fixed my clogged toilet (thank you, son) all within 5 minutes. Made this mess an easy process. Highly recommend!
