Paul replaced an old Ideal logic 12 with a worcester bosch greenstar 8000, very happy with the service, Paul is very informative and answered all my questions. an excellent experience and did a very good job on the boiler and cylinder, the pipework around the boiler is very neat too which makes it nicer to look at. would definitely recommend him and I will be using him again for future services.

I found Paul through the Worcester Bosche website as a certified engineer. Paul replaced our old Ideal Classic boiler with a modern Worcester Bosche boiler. His service was fantastic and I would recommend him to anyone needing his services. Paul is really friendly and provided excellent service through advising the best solution for our families needs. He was quick to respond to communication and fitted us in as soon as possible. I was impressed by how neat and tidy he worked and clearly takes pride in his work. Paul took the time to explain the new heating system to me and patiently answered all of my questions, we will certainly be using him again.

I am sorry to have to leave such a negative review but I had been left with no choice. Paul did a great job a couple of years back, clearly knowledgable however after the job was complete getting him to come back for the services included was near impossible. This year I've tried for a period of 3 weeks with no replies, promises to call back, promises to come and it's been an infuriating and unacceptable experience. Please just be aware if any services are included with your job, these will be near impossible to claim. Totally unacceptable and frankly very rude.

Paul Taylor was recommended to us by a friend when our hot water packed up. Paul came out pretty quickly and conducted a thorough survey of our hot water and heating system. He quickly identified that our hot water tank was beyond repair and that our boiler was leaking. Over the course of three days, Paul removed our old system and replaced it with a modern (and relocated) boiler and water tank. From the moment he arrived we had complete confidence in Paul. We both needed to be out of the house for work and had no hesitation in giving him a key to the house. Paul bought in an electrician who's costs were included in our quote. The job was completed on time and on budget and we are very happy with the quality of the workmanship and the system itself. On top of all this Paul is a really nice guy, and easy to get hold of. Throughout the job communication was excellent. We shall definitely use Paul again (although hopefully not too soon!) and would be happy to recommend him.

After having done some research on boilers decided I wanted a Worcester Bosch boiler due to excellent reviews and reliability. Called Paul as he was listed as a Worcester accredited installer. He came out last week to give us a quote and kindly fitted us in before Christmas. Paul has done an excellent job with the boiler, and fitted new flue in loft. He also altered gas pipe outside by gas metre as he said it needed altering. Paul is very knowledgeable and it is clear he knows his trade. He gives lots of good advice and is happy to answer questions you have. Above all Paul is a nice bloke, he instils confidence in you that you have met a good tradesman. Been quite hard to find in my experience. I would have no hesitation in recommending Paul to anyone.

After having trouble with our existing boiler, we contacted Paul through Worcester Bosch and he phoned us the same day and agreed to install a new boiler. The installation was complex, but Paul rose to the challenge and did an amazing job. We would highly recommend his services, what a great guy!
