They were all great but especially Kyle Parrish who helped me buy a used truck. I was looking online and saw the truck I wanted. Problem was I was in California and they are in Missouri. But they answered my questions, showed integrity, filmed the car for me, and shared what I needed to know. I decided I liked the Truck and I liked the way Kyle did business. I bought the truck. I then flew out and the truck was as promised if not even better than promissed. I just arrived back in California tonight after driving my new truck back. Kyle, thanks for the hat it looks great on me, 😂.

Everyone was incredibly helpful, and more than willing to go above and beyond to help with my VERY first vehicle purchase. Hayden the salesman was incredible, he explained everything to me in detail and was very helpful and very friendly. Mr Dave was also very helpful and very friendly, he worked with the banks and was able to get my notes to where I wanted them. Very happy with our trailblazer purchase from here!! The salesman Brad was fantastic to work with throughout the whole process, never once did I feel rushed into anything. He was nice, professional and exceeded our expectations! He helped me get familiar with where the vehicles controls were and how the special features/functions worked. I found a 2020 Chevy Silverado on line. I called spoke to Caleb. Since I lived 3.5 hours away he took the additional pictures I asked for. He stayed in constant communication answering all of my questions. What I appreciate the most is before I made the 3.5 drive and booked a hotel for the night, Caleb let me know the truck had not been thought recon yet, I could test drive it, but if I decided to buy it, I wouldn't be able to drive it home that day. However they would deliver it to me! We loved the truck and the excellent customer service! What made it all the better was when we went out for dinner that night, a guy at the brewery told us they had bought 3 vehicles from them! I can't tell you how great that made me feel. After all, I've never had a nice truck like this!!

Great team. Arrived at the dealership and was promptly greeted by salesman. I had spoken with Kyle on the phone earlier, and he was busy with another customer, but meet with us as soon as he was available. Was able to test drive the Encore GX, and feel in love. The purchasing process was handled quickly with Dave explaining everything in a very friendly manner. After paperwork was completed, Kyle did a walk through, and help get the OnStar hooked up. Great dealership to work with, and will be recommending them family and friends!

I highly recommend Hayden C. (sales) and Dave D. (finance). I found the exact truck I was hunting online, but it was in MO at Taylor Grubaugh’s dealership. I live in TN. Having never purchased a vehicle from another state, I reluctantly called the dealership and spoke with Hayden. He was extremely helpful and accommodating to the fact I was shopping from a different state. Dave also is a top notch professional with a breadth of experience in the car business. We got the deal done over the phone and via Docusign within 30-45 minutes total. The truck arrived on a car hauler at my home in Nashville, TN the very next day and it was immaculately clean. All the paperwork was in the glove compartment along with a Taylor Grubaugh hat and a handwritten letter from Hayden, which I thought was an especially nice touch. These guys knocked it out of the park! Very pleased with my experience!

Good experience, good communication, salesman was respectful, only thing is salesman didn't ask me if I wanted to test drive other vehicles,I think I would have went with the Buick envista, but im happy with my 2026 Buick encore gx , still in the motor /transmission break in process, everything is functioning properly so far almost to 500 miles
