We had Kameron Pierce and Ben help us out, they put us in the perfect car it was exactly what we wanted. and as a first time buyer he explained every step of the way and being completely honest, he’s a real and genuine guy only wanting the best for everyone else

We just purchased a beautiful 2016 GLE350 4MATIC Mercedes from Taylor Grubaugh in Waynesville, Mo. Our sales person Mark was very helpful and friendly and Tom in financing was very efficient and friendly. The whole Grubaugh team has given us the BEST experience we have ever had with a dealership. They leave you with a feeling of trust and respect that everyone should strive for whether in business or their personal lives.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this dealership! From the moment we walked in, they took incredible care of us and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Our sales rep, Kameron, went above and beyond he was knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to what we needed. He made sure every question was answered and that we felt confident in our decision. A huge shoutout as well to Tom in finance. He personally sat down with us and took the time to walk through all of our options, offering the best advice on how to move forward. He explained everything clearly and guided us in the direction that was best for our situation. Kameron treated us like family rather than just customers, making the buying experience truly exceptional. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and the outstanding service we received! Service staff is good. The companies customer appreciation policies need some work. Tire Discounters in Rolla will price match Chevys coupons (i.e. buy 3 get the 4th for 1 penny) and give all their normal add ons like free tire rotations free tire repair and such. But when I called here to see if they would offer just the tire rotation on top of their coupons to match Tire Discounters they refused. Seems like a cheap way to keep a customer, but oh well...

I found exactly what I wanted at TG in Waynesville; following an online inquiry, I received an email from Natasha. I requested more photos which she promptly supplied. I was in route to Branson for a few days so declined. The day I returned, I received another email from her asking if I was still interested and wanted to come try it out. We did and received a friendly welcome but no high pressure sales tactics. Long story short, we made a deal on our trade and the purchase of my new Equinox. Natasha took care of all the details from changing plates to setting up our OnStar. Then, she went through all the features of our new vehicle in a way these two old seniors could understand. She was pleasant and patient throughout the process. Final note: we have been a GM family for over 25 years but I LOVE this vehicle more than any I have owned. The technology and comfort is awesome. The redesign is stunning for looks and the safety features give this old lady new peace of mind. Bravo, Chevy….and thanks Taylor Grubaugh!

I had more fun looking at cars because of my salesman Cooper. He is amazing and explained everything (sometimes multiple times) cause I'm legally deaf. Things moved very quickly when I made up my mind. They are very thorough and explained everything in detail. All the staff there are super nice.

We drove up to look at 2021 Kia. They don’t approach you or attempt contact with you since they are paid hourly. The salesman told us no reason for them to give decent costumer service since they get paid either way. The car we wanted to look at was not ready for a test drive. We gave our number and was informed as soon as the car was ready to test drive they would call us. That was 10/3/2025 and still no phone call. He did tell us we would have to come quickly as they won’t “hold” the car. Which is fair. But you also have to call. It is kind of out of the way for us so didn’t want to make multiple trips if the car was not ready. Tried to call a couple times and no answer. He also wasn’t interested in the sale when we informed we have our own financing company. Unfortunately, communication was not good and our experience was not great.

Came in today to buy my first car and I must say, the customer service I received was beyond amazing. Kameron welcomed us with open arms. Offered us drinks and took the time to sit and talk with us as if he’s known us forever. Loved getting that real connection with someone, helped ease the stress and anxiety of buying my first vehicle. Come in n ask for Kameron, promise it’s the easiest I’ve ever very felt about making big decisions. Good Job Chevy in hiring such a kind n caring person!!

This dealership was excellent. They had the best prices around the best customer service. They worked with us on what we needed for our income what we needed for our home they listen to everything we told them, and they did not want us to leave unsatisfied Natasha was our sales woman. She was awesome and we were her first customers which we are very pleased to be thank you Taylor for your service you provided my husband and I
