Cannot recommend enough. We have had a sofa previously upholstered with Taylor & Cook which looks amazing. They have recently made us a new sofa and cushions and have totally outdone themselves. Thank you so much :)

Excellent service…. Wonderful job of my sofas and large headboards in the bedrooms.. First class company to deal with and extremely helpful and professional.. Really happy with the service that dean provided, he reupholstered my old sofa from crushed velvet to plush velvet and I’m so happy with the outcome. Deans customer service was exceptional always kept in contact with updates and my sofa was ready in the time frame he said. So please with my sofa Iv now ordered a bespoke bed from him which he is going to make for me, his always been on hand to help with fabrics and designs. My friend loved my sofa so much that his making him beds and sofas for his new home. Excited for my bed to arrive soon. I would highly recommend.

Dean and his team do lots of work for me and has always been on time with the order, workmanship is great quality and his prices are good value. I ask him to upholster quite intricate designs and he always delivers the goods! Overall would highly recommend!

Taylor and Cook bespoke recovered my sofas and I am obsessed with them. They were ready for the dump and now they are reformed in a beautiful crushed velvet. I would recommend Dean to anyone. Have used this company many times over the years, They provide a outstanding personal service, Dean is a dream to work with and has gone from strength to strength now he is sole director of Taylor & Cook Bespoke. Can't wait to see the outcome of my cinema room :) By the way I'm loving the refurb you did for sheesh Chigwell looks insane.

We commissioned them to make two sofas for us. One they managed to get right in April, after being delivered just before Christmas. The second was made wrong 4 times. They eventually collected it months later and agreed to repay us the money as it didn't fit the space it was designed to. As they had cash flow issues, we agreed to give them 3 months to make the first installment and pay the rest over 9 months. Once the 3 months grace period had lapsed they "changed their mind" about repaying us the money and we are now left with no sofa and they have won't or can't refund our money. And at almost £4,000 it can hardly be considered cheap. I would proceed with extreme caution before using this company.
