Beautiful apartments. There’s a pool as well. I enjoyed my time there and the owners are fair and friendly. I had zero issues living there and enjoyed the luxuries of Oxford MS. Highly recommend!

I’ve been living here for a couple of months now & it’s my actually first home away from home, but my experience has been great so far! The management has been absolutely amazing & accommodating to me & my roommates during the most inconvenient situations due to outside circumstances. Maintenance also has a very quick response time which we appreciate. The environment here is very calm & not full of unnecessary noise. I definitely would recommend this complex for those who are looking for a place to live while attending Ole Miss!

This was a great experience. The staff members are professional and polite.

They promised me that I would not need a parking permit, and that my wife could visit me as often as I liked while I was living there as a student. Once I signed the lease, they told me I wasn't allowed to have visitors, including my wife, and that she couldn't park on the property. My roommates were allowed to have visitors, but I wasn't. Those guys moved out. New ones moved in. These people threatened me physically. I called the police. The police said it was my fault because.... just because. The management at the apartment canceled my lease and told me to move out. EDIT: This has been several years ago, and may predate the current management. It was 2015 when I lived there.

I would not advise anyone that has loved ones that live far away to live here. The rent is outrageous and the property manager splits payment with bandit towing to have cars booted and towed at the owners expense. Living in this town is expensive with school and rent on top of being targeted and towed for only attempting to visit a loved one. Calling the police will not help as they will only side with the manager and find reasons to arrest you. I was treated like a common criminal and afraid for my life I will not only never visit this property but recommend to any of my family or friends. Edit there has been a reply with false information saying I have a police report with this property which is false when I was the one that contacted the authorities. For a respectful business to interact so unprofessional on a review, and assassinate a persons character shows you a bit about this property without taking a tour. Believe the reviews if you are a college student and value your family or friends do NOT move here.
