Tax Time

Absolutely LOVE our tax company — we’ve been using them for years and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else! They are truly over the top in the best way possible. Incredibly knowledgeable, always helpful, and they somehow manage to make tax season feel like a treat instead of a chore. The team is on point with every little detail, answering questions before we even know to ask them. You can tell they really know their stuff and genuinely care about their clients. And the drinks? Let’s just say you’ll feel like you’re at a luxury lounge while getting your taxes done. We recommend them to everyone we know — five stars isn’t enough!

We were referred to Karrie Lewis at Tax Time two years ago and they did not disappoint. Karrie and the team made us feel very welcome! They are a family business like us so that is a big plus! You really don’t find that now a days. We have been so pleased and impressed with their professionalism and knowledge, they are simply good at what they do. Karrie is patient, detailed, kind, personable and hardworking.They really go above and beyond. I really appreciate all of the help and genuine care they have given us. I'm happy to continue my relationship with them in the future and recommend them to our friends and family.

It’s my first time to have my taxes done there. They were great! Karrie did an awesome job! Very welcoming very knowledgeable. It’s the best experience I’ve had and doing my taxes. I’m 60 years old if that says anything. I would recommend them to anybody! Call.

I've used Tax Time for the past 5 years and I'm very happy with everything they do for me and my family. Mike takes the time to explain everything . It's like talking to a family member. Everyone who works there are pretty awesome. Highly recommended.

Jade is the best! Quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. She also has a great personality and memory! 2021 was our 3rd year to use her. My husband is self employed which can make for a very tricky tax filing. She always gets us the most deductions possible. They also let you pay after you get your refund. Office location is great too. Hubby and I usually make a date out of our tax day, going to a near by movie theater and Cheesecake Factory.

I have been going to Tax Time in Frisco TX for the past 8 years. I can honestly say Jade Gust is the BEST!! We have had a rental property in MN and a couple small businesses over these 8 years and Jade understands the tax laws and can advise on our best approach to how to make the most of our businesses. She is extremely efficient, accurate, knowledgeable AND makes the experience doing your taxes enjoyable. We moved back to MN this past year, sold two houses, dissolved a business. I would never trust anyone other than Jade or Tax Time team to do my taxes. I'll be going back each year. They truly understand the tax laws AND how to treat their customers. Thanks

UPDATE - August 2022 4 stars - After my June 2022 review was left my husband and I were contacted pretty quickly by VP Operations Dawn Hagerty. She was extremely nice, level of concern for our situation was high and she was determined to help us find a solution to our situation. She absolutely did exactly what she said she would do and has continued to follow up with us to ensure we have resolved such a frustrating situation. She apologized and remedied our issues to get us into contact with a Tax Advocate who straightened out the issue. Review Left May 2022 - 1 star We have used Tax Time for the last few years and have not had any issues until recently. I’m not exactly sure what’s happened but the level of service and customer service have gone downhill. For the past almost year and a half we have been going back and forth with the IRS regarding 2020 year taxes and have now received new requests for owing more money than what we were originally told by our tax preparer Carly Vavrik-Terral. I’m not exactly sure what we paid Tax Time for if this is the situation we are currently in and continue to see we owe more and more money every time we turn around. If you do not want to find yourself in this same situation I suggest you look elsewhere for Tax preparation services. I do not recommend utilizing Tax Time.

I've done business here for several years and I can't imagine bringing my semi-complex taxes to anyone else. Pat and his team are absolutely outstanding professionals. Very reasonably priced and personable. I'm always nervous around that time of the year and like a good doctor Pat sidetracks you with conversation and before you know it the xanax kicks in and the procedure is over. Thank you Tax Time for years of happy tax returns.
