We broke down late at night and Shaun came to help. He was knowledgeable, kind and understanding, and made a very stressful situation much easier. A top bloke and a credit to the company. Highly recommend.

Called roadside rescue on Anzac Day for flat battery. Taupo Towing phoned back within 5 minutes and was there within 10 minutes of that call. Friendly helpful guy, had the car going quick as. Gave advice on the battery, helped with directions and even phoned after I left to give more advice on keeping the battery charged. Couldn't recommend them more. Unfortunately I don't remember the guys name. But thank you for the prompt, friendly service.

The guy they sent out put the tyre on my car wrong and the whole thing wobbled from side to side so I had to call my insurance company again and request road side rescue. Unbelievable. Would absolutely not recommend. His behaviour was very out there the whole time he was here, lots of swearing etc. completely unprofessional

Huge thanks to Terry! He is the man! I got a camper van stuck in some pretty muddy grass late at night, and after quite a few efforts to get it out, my partner decided to give Taupo Towing Company a call. Within moments he arrived. He was so calming, understanding and thoughtful. In the matter of minutes he managed to help guide our huge camper van back onto the roads. I was super anxious and frustrated about getting bogged down and Terry definitely put my mind at ease. Absolute legend! Highly recommend them!

Big shout out to TERRY! Thank you for coming to our rescue at 2 am in the morning and unlocking our van that self locked itself with its keys inside. It was challenging for you but you still persevered. We will be bragging about the amazing service we received back home in Wellington. Had my vehicle stored here was well looked after. Great a fast service. I needed a jump start later this day and 15 minutes after giving them a call, I was back up and running.
