It’s still a great time to sell. While home prices aren’t rising as much as they have over the past couple of years, they’re not dropping. In fact, in some locations, prices are still rising.
Plus, buyer demand is still strong across the country. Many buyers who were having a hard time getting their offers accepted last year are entering the market again to try to buy a home.
As a result, we are still solidly in a seller’s market.
But, I’ll be honest, it’s going to be a little trickier to sell your home now as opposed to this time last year.
That’s why you need an expert on your side to make sure you market your home well, price it correctly, and do all the right things to be able to sell it for top dollar.
