I had a Navien Combi unit installed about six years ago. Everything was running fine until this past spring when I had our bathroom renovated. The Plumber cut a segment (hydronic line) of the baseboard heat in the bathroom and did not flush all of the air out of the line. It all went bad after that. After several visits from other companies, and literally hundreds of dollars per visit, I contacted Tankless Solutions. They fixed everything; including installation mistakes from six years ago. Very knowledgeable and professional people all around. Took the time to explain what the various flashing numbers meant and their affect on the machine in the long term and provided some suggestions on how to get more life out of the appliance. I am very satisfied with the service and will definitely recommend them for your tankless installation and maintenance needs.

Rod and team are outstanding in every way. Timely, excellent communication, prompt, well priced and just good guys. We were replacing an old tankless unit and Rod's price was literally half what my normal plumber quoted - for the exact same unit. I hope not to need his services anytime soon but would call him in again in a heartbeat if things were to change.

Cannot recommend Rod and Tankless Solutions (or going Tankless) enough. As other reviews have said, Rod and his team are very knowledgeable, respectful, and responsive. Get a few quotes, and then you will understand why Rod is the best choice - it will be apparent once you talk with him (if not also by price). Ron was very clear about the process and timeframe for the installation of the tankless hot water heater. He discussed with us our needs and our habits and verified the gas delivery needs for our appliances. The work was completed efficiently and within a day as promised. Tankless addressed every detail thoroughly including painting the new gas pipe installed outside . We are completely satisfied and would highly recommend Tankless Solutions.

Rod and Ryan just completed the installation of a new tankless water heater in my (very small, short ceilinged) basement. Installation day was seamless and other than a few hiccups caused by factors outside of anyone's control, the whole process was flawless. Rod selflessly took on handling all of the communication with BGE and the city and coordinated all appointments which made my end of this very easy and roughly "please open the door at this time." They're a smaller outfit but the basement was clean when they left, everything works, they walked us through how the system works and what maintenance is required and I feel good that we're going to have a nearly endless supply of hot water going forward. Highly recommend.
