Great experience with this company, James was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with getting my pool back to normal. I needed a new filter installed as well as a serious green to clean (after i let my pool sit for 6 months since I was too cheap to deal with it until after the fall and winter season….never again) James was very professional showed up the same day I called him, very reasonable upfront pricing, and got straight to work! We are selling our home and needed to have a full 'green-to-clean' service done on our pool that had been neglected all winter long. As home owners, we have struggled to find a pool maintenance company that would actually come when scheduled, complete all the work they were being paid to do, and be transparent with us on the maintenance completed. After making phone calls and reaching out to companies for over a week, we found Tango Pools, LLC. Within a couple of hours of reaching out, James had replied to us & scheduled a time to come out and look at our pool. Same. Day. On Easter weekend. He was knowledgeable, very friendly, quoted us a more than reasonable amount, and even initiated the cleaning process that same day before leaving our house. He was very communicative with us through the whole process, transparent on his work, and punctual. When the job was completed, he followed up with us to ensure that we were pleased with his work, and even offered us a great deal to help maintain the pool until the sale of our home closes. I really wish we would have found Tango Pools sooner. If our next home has a pool, we will definitely be hiring James again. Thanks James!
