In her spare time, she hikes the many trails around Grand Junction and writes poems. I highly recommend Tammy Bendetti if you’re looking for a realtor in the Grand Junction/Mesa County, Colorado area. I have worked with her on two occasions and her professionalism and knowledge of the local market resulted in great outcomes both times. Tammy worked in my best interests, providing useful advice and negotiating professionally with the buyers and sellers. We had a fair amount of challenges on both occasions, but Tammy was able to handle things with grace and patience. I worked with another real estate agent prior to working with Tammy, but wasn’t happy with the advice or assistance I received. Working with Tammy was a great improvement; overall, she is very conscientious about her clients, regardless of the property’s purchase price. If I’m ever in the market for another home or property, I would absolutely work with Tammy again!

Tammy helped us buy our house in 2021! Houses were getting sold within days of listing. Tammy wrote several contracts trying to get a home for us. Ultimately she found the perfect house for us and we got in under our budget!!! Thanks for your hard work, Tammy!!!
