Tal Hagbi RE/MAX Synergy

Tal really helped us go through properties and figure out what we wanted in a house. Any time we saw a house he was always there first and gave us his honest opinion on the property, the pros and the cons. When we found a house we liked, even through it was late on a Sunday, he helped us make an offer happen immediately and told us how we could be a competitive buyer. He was also in contact with us every step of the way until closing, making sure we had all our ducks in a row. Would definitely work with him again and am glad he was on our side.

My job took me to finding a place in NH kind of quick. We had limited time at the height of the season and due to multiple reasons, I decided to contact Tal. In short, I was not disappointed. I've been let down too many times with agents when buying houses who were just weak and lazy. Tal was the complete opposite. You literally just have to find a house for him and he will not only be straight with you but actually do his job exceptionally well. Finding agents who do their job just to meet the bare minimum is tough enough to find but Tal went above and beyond this. After so many previous bad experiences with buyer's agents I was shocked that I for once was getting back things as part of the deal. He knows what makes people tick. What's also important is that we passed on homes which he said wouldn't work for me. He could have pushed me to accept a home with a layout which wasn't for me or features but he didn't. He actually told me to pass on some decently priced homes because he knew it didn't make sense for us which I deeply appreciate. Tal is a great guy. He actually is of the few agents which not only does his job but loves doing it. If it isn't obvious, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend working with him to others and I consider him a friend now.
