Her ad says 24/7 no answer when I called when she did call back she 1st said MY phone was messing up I hung up and called back she said wouldn't be available until after 7 Monday and her phone was "breaking up" that is NOT 24/7 service and she needs to get a better phone so she can stop the dumb excuses

I had an appointment at 11:00 am. I decided to call her since I was running late and it was a couple of mins past 11:00am.Apparently she had cancelled the appointment, I was not notified about this. She says her phone has issues(but when I call it goes through and she answers), she also had misplaced something and she had to go to either fedex or library to get it. Suddenly, she remembers she doesn’t need it to sign our paperwork and we agree to meet at 12:00pm.We get to our meeting point at 12:00pm .i call her a couple of mins after 12:00pm because we were standing outside of Starbucks apparently she had arrived and she was inside Starbucks and couldn’t notify me. So if I did not call she would not have called me back. After all this she ended up not signing because my spouse has a Snr on paper and not on ID.The only reason I chose her is cause of the good reviews and the courthouse was fully booked for this month .but the level of unpreparedness and lack of communication is unbelievable. Maybe she just had a bad day but the least you would do is communicate. I would recommend UPS or courthouse and save on time

She was perfect. Came to where I was located at truck stop, helped me notarize legal documents for probate estate for my Brothers case. She is very friendly and professional. I could just spent rest of day talking to her about anything. I highly recommend her service to anyone in the Spartanburg or Greenville Area if you need a Notary.
