This was was a new process for us, never having had a barn before. Tailor-Made helped us understand the design considerations and worked with us to get the right design for our budget and planned use. Tailor-Made were excellent builders. They executed in a very timely fashion keeping in mind the permits and materials (concrete) all have their own "minds" and Tailor-Made Structures were on top of all of it. Their engineer created the plans and they were helpful with permitting. Their team on the ground were very efficient and were great to have onsite. They exceeded the engineering plans in strengthening the structure and did not cut a single corner! This accessory structure was not easy, being a small 60Lx50Wx20H storage space for my golf clubs with slab in Lutz, North Tampa. I would not hesitate to get onto their schedule for another exemplary building!

We needed a structure to cover our new RV. Tailor-Made custom designed a building to fit in a tight space, over a paver driveway, under the electric power line and around the roof change of the adjacent house. Super professional, engineering, permitting, inspection, etc. The start was delayed by Florida hurricanes, but they worked on Thanksgiving week to get the project going. We love our new RVport!

Let me just start with saying google should have 10 stars for a first class company like Tailor-Made Structures. I called for a set of plans and talked to Blake so I could have a building built. After talking to him I realized I had called the right builder. He took the time to help me figure out what would best fit my needs and let me tell you he was spot on. What an unbelievable experience we had with the Tailor-Made staff and crew. Not only was Jennifer able to work her magic with Orange County to acquire our permit in recorded time, she and Blake also kept us constantly apprised of the permits location in the approval process for each department. Blake went above and beyond keeping us posted on time lines for acquiring materials and build timelines. We can’t say enough about the quality of the materials used for our project, and the build crew, they were great group of guys. On time every day more then willing to answer any questions we had during the build and completed the project on time. One more thing about the crew, they noticed one of the boards had a crack in it when it was installed. They brought it to our attention and told us they would have a new board the next day to replace it. Now that’s what we call exceptional service!!! We are very happy with the pole barn. It looks exactly what I wanted. The color scheme matches our home perfectly. The best part was the price which came in below any others we researched for the same size Pole Barn. The relationship with the company was personable and professional. The building crew were great. Always leaving the job sight clean an organized. The company handled every aspect of the build from design to permits and final inspection. We were in the loop every step of the way.
