Booked an appointment right? Everything was fine. Had them do a quote on the house which sounded perfect right? The guy shows up with all these little scrubby rugs right? He asks if 500 would be fine because that was like the highest package that they would do and it was supposed to like clean. The whole carpet get every single stain out and I'm telling you there's not even that tough of stains like afterwards. I got on my hands and knees and just scrubbed it out because the guy just left such a horrible mess in my house. My floor smelled exactly like mildew. The guy took off as fast as we paid him this is a very sketchy, sketchy business and I do not respect you you ruined my family's carpet My family who works extremely hard and we are renters so our landlord is going to be pissed please contact me. I would like a refund or I could take this to court

Super carpeted room and stair cleaning job. Dale and Skyler were so personable and professional during the cleaning job and were thorough in all aspects. Excellent teamwork and communication while moving cleaning machinery, hoses, and electrical cords, especially on the stairs in a multilevel home. I am disabled and wheelchair bound, and they were very accommodating to leaving entrance ways clear at all times for me. 5 Stars, but more a 10 out of 10! The best!
