Everything was clearly explained before starting, and the job was finished efficiently and neatly with no mess left behind. Quick response when contacted, and excellent work. We had a problem with lighting in the hall of our flat. We were delighted at how swiftly T Pynn Electrical came and sorted it out. When a further issue with our lighting occurred within a month he came straight back and resolved the new problem.

Called late on a Saturday when our RCD kept tripping and we’d lost power to half the house. An engineer arrived within 40 minutes, quickly traced it to a faulty socket, replaced it, tested everything, and walked us through what he’d done. Super polite, honest about costs (no hidden extras), and even gave tips to stop it happening again. Fair price, fast response, and genuinely professional service we’ve saved the number and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Called out for issue with plug sockets /switch and wiring in kitchen preventing my washing machine and tumble dryer from working ,came within 2 hour's , was very polite, professional, explained what was happening,what the possible problem was and what needed to be done, the job was bit more problematic than anticipated but was solved and sorted very quickly. Power cut at 6am on a Sunday nightmare. I called and an engineer was at the door within 45 minutes. He isolated the fault, found a damaged spur behind the fridge, replaced it, and ran full RCD/RCBO tests before leaving. Super professional: shoe covers on, clear explanations, and a transparent quote that matched the final bill. He even emailed a short report with photos for our landlord. Fast response, tidy work, fair price couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend this chap enough, Troy is clearing very good at his job and is extremely professional. He was able to offer me practical advice that corrected the issue that I had within minutes. He was very patient with me when providing clear instructions over the phone and was able to make allowances for my limited knowledge of electrical terminology. Troy was very efficient, he attended the property on the same day (within 30 minutes of my call), after the tenants found quite a worrying electrical fault. He then fixed the urgent issue, he also gave a breakdown of the work carried out and future steps needed. Much appreciated Troy - thank you!
