Came out the same day despite being incredibly busy before Christmas Very polite and careful in his work. Diagnosed and fixed in no time. We were extremely grateful for and happy with the service received. Prices beyond reasonable. I will definitely be using again both at home and work. Highly recommended.

Had Tom put in a new hot water tank because our hot water pressure was poor so he put one in that uses cold water pressure really good job one very happy customer

I booked Tom to replace my gas central heating & radiators and to renovate my ensuite shower room. Both of these were in desperate need of modernisation as they had not been changed for 24 years. Tom handled both jobs simultaneously and to an extremely high standard. He uses other contractors which are all included in the quote and they were also excellent. Special mention should go Dan who worked with him to fit the boiler and Tom the tiler & also Ethan who did the prep work, moving pipes & reinforcing the wall for the hanging sink unit. I wanted a luxury spa feel & Tom understood the brief and was not satisfied until everything was perfect. I’m absolutely delighted with the results and have already booked Tom again to update our other ensuite. Highly recommended!

We’re in the middle of a major home renovation where everything seems to be going wrong, and when our washing machine pipe suddenly failed late on a Friday night, we thought we’d have to wait until Monday. But Tom came out at 10pm — on his own time — and had everything fixed quickly and professionally. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly takes great pride in his work. Thanks to him, we can finally do our washing again — and in the middle of renovation chaos, that small bit of normalcy means the world! Tom was an absolute star. Fitted me in to his busy schedule to get my radiator working ready for the colder Autumn evenings, and helpfully gave me a call to say he was on his way. Super lad, super service.

We've had Tom sort a couple of jobs for us, one in our rental property had to be done in a short space of time and he stayed very late to ensure that it was completed and still managed to leave it perfectly clean and tidy. He'd be our first port of call for any job we need doing, very impressed with the work done and the service and cost.

Sorced and fitted our new combi boiler. Excellent professional tidy job from Tom and Dan. Had a pipe burst, early evening call out and Tom was round within 10 mins, water off, leak found and fixed. Great service thank you.

What an excellent service from Tom. Very prompt and sorted our hot water issue with no fuss. Identified an additional problem and fixed it there and then. Tom will definitely be doing all our plumbing jobs going forward.

Called Tom to help locate & fix a pipe leak for our central heating system. Wasn't straightforward as was located under newly laid floor. He helped with find flooring contractor to assist and even found another problem with a radiator washer we were unaware of. Totally professional, always responded to calls. Can heartily recommend him
