After calling a few local firms, Tom was the one who was able to get here the fastest. Tom was knowledgeable and hands on straight away, talking me through the process. We established a plan to get rid of the unwelcome guest, which will involve some patience. Tom is friendly and helpful and I felt in safe hands. Would recommend!
