I had a great experience working with Jake. He helped me improve my balance and walking, and I’ve noticed a big difference in my confidence and mobility. Every session was supportive encouraging and tailored to my needs. I’m so grateful for his expertise and patience throughout my recovery.

After I had surgery on my left shoulder, I had a great deal of anxiety and fear about recovery. Jake, my physical therapist, was patient and understanding and very supportive. He was very personable and engaging during this process. He also showed a great deal of care during my recovery. Encourage me to be OK with taking breaks and taking it easy and understanding that the journey to recovery takes time. I highly encourage anyone to take advantage of their services.

I had a wonderful experience at SYZ PT. Jake has extensive knowledge in so many different modalities. It was so refreshing to work with a "grown-up" if you understand what I mean. He is thorough, kind and really cares about you as an individual. The best experience I have ever had. Don't waste time going anywhere else when you have the best at SYZ~!

I would give more than a 5 star review but I’m not able that’s how grateful I am. I hurt my back and wasn’t able to walk. Jake was highly recommended and with the 1st therapy I got from him on day 2 I was able to walk without walker.Jake is a very professional therapist whom was always on time on the days that he had me on the schedule. I’m very thankful for all his advice and for all the exercises that he taught me till this day I continue to practice them daily and I have to admit I Feel GREAT! I highly recommend calling him to set an appointment you won’t regret it.
