I came in to look for some flooring for my house and was pleasantly surprised by the HUGE selection that they have. They allowed me to take some samples home and I was able to place my order the next day. The office staff was knowledgeable and very helpful.

We were looking to replace the carpet at my parents' house within a reasonable price, and our friend told us about Sy's Discount Carpet, Inc. My dad had been having medical issues for the last 3 years, and he's the one that used to take care of all of the household maintenance. My mom and I went to Sy's Discount Carpet and placed the order. I showed the lady a picture of the carpet we wanted, but she entered the incorrect information. Therefore, our installer picked up the incorrect carpet. It wasn't until it was delivered at my parents' house that my mom noticed they had the incorrect item. 🤦‍♀️ I was out of town for work. Therefore, it was hard to go in person to get this taken care of. I contacted the store and worked with Abe (the owner), who was very helpful and worked with us to get this situation resolved. He was helpful and understanding. I would highly recommend this local store. Thank you! GR

If you’re looking for carpet at a reasonable price this is the place! We went to one of those big box stores and was disappointed that the carpet we picked out would not be in for 4 weeks! The selection from Sy’s is vast. We were able to find exactly what we were looking for at a smoking price. Highly recommend!

Phenomenal customer service and huge selection of carpeting! I was in need of a very small carpet remnant to put in the back of a closet. Even though he knew I wasn't going to be spending a lot of money, Abe walked me in to their enormous warehouse and matched my carpet swatch with something they had in stock. He then cut the carpet for me and cut me a piece of padding. And he only asked me for $20 which he put into a donation jar. I had been quoted $300 from another carpet place the previous day. Abe just earned a customer for life. The next time we need to replace carpeting, I will definitely go straight to Sy's!

Seems like a good place. My wife and I spent ten minutes in the show room and no one talked to us. It was busy enough but they all seemed to be professionals at ignoring customers. Best of luck to you, maybe you get better service if you call and make an appointment first.
