Mike and team are very professional, tidy and calm. Some before and after photos below. Only regret is not having used them in the first place! Our tiles in our shower had been painted over at some point and were chipping and hard to clean. It looked awful. Mike and team quoted me last year but I went with a regrouting option with a different company instead which made things worse. Mike kindly squeezed our job in before the end of the year after I had been very indecisive and he was so patient. The end result is great and tiling over our existing tiles with Mike’s team saved us a lot of money and was quick (done in two days). We were able to keep our old taps, doors and shower head as well which we didn’t want to replace.

Mike took the time and care to look into the problem we had with out bathroom flooring and provided us with all the options including the one that worked with our budget. They also cleaned up after the job wiped down the floors and took the old tiles away for is. I would definitely use them again in the future and would highly recommend them if you need a great team to fix a problem left behind from a dodgey build. Mike answered our call and got onto the job and got it done for us and we ate appreciative because its hard to find people with his skills, service and care to fix things that others didn't do right.

Soon after inspecting our balcony, the team recommended a few options to fix a water ingress issue, and subsequently got the re-grouting and resealing job done in no time. Haven’t had any leaks since.

many thanks to Mike and Brad for the excepationally high quality waterproofing and tiling job they have completed at our flat in Rhodes , we had water coming from a pipples bed under our balcony , which caused damage to the timber floor in the study they have quoted the best quote for the job , they have worked in very professional manner and complted the job to our ultimate satisfaction , Mike and Brad were alwys polite and friendly , and they explained every step and answered all our questions . they always came on time , protected our furniture an floors and left the place clean . they even done additional work , outside their scope of work without charging any more money , so , big thanks you Mike , big thank you Brad , we wish you all the best .

I completely lucked out with the SWE team. I would recommend them 1000% to anyone that wants to work with a team made up of expert opinion, incredible work ethic, a focus on absolute quality and a problem solving mindset - always remaining calm and in control. The brief that we gave the SWE was to make an old warehouse waterproof and they did exactly that! From the moment we started the engagement to the end (some several months later) the team were just incredible. The insight and workmanship was so high that several of the other contractors on site wanted to be put in contact... I think that says it all! When you are waterproofing a home, it can feel like you are opening Pandora's box, so thanks Mike and Brad for making everything so smooth. BTW when we had the huge storm over the last week, we sat inside and enjoyed a very dry home... SWE has to be the best in the business by a mile!

I would say they are one of the best waterproofing companies in Sydney. They are easy to communicate with and hardworking, consistently performing to a high standard. They have just completed a project with us, and I look forward to working with them on more projects in the future.

I wanted to refresh the shower area and did epoxy grout on shower wall tiles and flooring as per Mike’s recommendation. I am happy that it did repel dirt and hence lesser cleaning for me. Mohammed was punctual and got the job done. Great job at a reasonable cost.

They took great care in their work, were polite and explained everything they were doing. When unexpected heavy rain made their first coat of waterproofing less effective they took extra time to completely re-do this work and ensured that their solution to my problem would be effective.
