My car broke down out of nowhere and I was stuck on the side of the road at 8pm at night during heavy rain. I called Sydney platinum towing and they were there quicker than I expected. The driver was really friendly and made the whole situation a lot less stressful. He loaded the car up carefully and made sure everything was secure before taking it to the mechanic. Really appreciate the fast and professional service – definitely recommend them if you ever get stuck
