The receptionist competency is pathetic and very unprofessional. Twice we had booked for an appointment with Dr.Mir and only after arriving to the clinic was told that the receptionist that took the booking done a mistake and hadn't confirmed the booking forcing us to have to come back another time. On our second visit, the receptionist again apologized that another mistake had occured with our second booking having booked us on a slot where the Dr is not even in the clinic. The doctor himself is excellent, taking his time with the patient and was able to clearly identify, explain clearly and thoroughly, and work through multiple options with the patient.
