They seem fairly new with no reviews, but the price was very appealing so I decided to give them a go. Very good and pleasant experience and communication. Showed up on time, did the testing and even cleaned up. Michael did his job properly and professionally. My previous experience was a regular from [x company] who got too complacent, attached his tools to the backflow device, took some photos, acted a bit shifty pretending to do some work and wrapped up in 5mins. $350 all up for one small device. Michael Hughes of Sydney Backflow Prevention Services was easily contacted by phone to arrange the backflow testing of our Sydney Water mains water isolation valve, and the price that he gave for the testing service was very reasonable, compared to another plumber that I contacted, regarding the undertaking of the same service. Michael also rang on the day of his arrival and gave advanced warning of the mains water being turned off, before he undertook the testing procedure. The entire procedure was easily completed by text messages and the forwarding of a photo of the Sydney Water test requirement correspondence.
