When we decided to enhance our backyard and get a pool, we contacted several companies in the Raleigh/Cary area. We did our research and had many great options. We are so glad we picked SWIM; the experience was the best in class from day 1. You always wonder what you will get, and the responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail were excellent. Brett and his crew made the process seamless, always on time, and very communicative. We have had several projects around the house, and this was the best experience we had from start to finish. If you are thinking about getting a pool and want someone to turnkey, I believe there is no better value for the cost. 10/10 feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions on the experience or process.

Having a pool company today can certainly be a slippery slope. It's always expected that each and every stage of the build process goes off without hitch and on time. Even when there are so many aspects of the build that are someone else's responsibility. When it was time to select a pool builder, Swim was recommended to me but I myself had a rigerous election process that supported that recommendation. I am here to help any potential customer consider Swim for their own pool project. Swim was included and worked side-by-side with my homebuilder and can honestly say, they were the only bright spot in a stressful and chaotic overall home build project that took well over 2 years. From their quoting process, through Project Management (Tammy), to some of the best post-sale support one could expect. Huge shout-out to Brett (Support) who replies within minutes and often shows up SAME DAY for repairs or replace anything that might go out. We are 2nd gen pool owners. More than likely, we'll build again and without a doubt, we will be making only 1 call to Swim when it's time for our next pool
