We’re absolutely thrilled with our new pool spa! From start to finish, the entire experience, from the initial consultation to the final installation was smooth, professional, and surprisingly quick. The team showed up on time, handled everything with care, and had it up and running before we knew it. Big shoutout to the installers—they were efficient, friendly, and made sure everything was perfectly level and secure. They walked us through how everything worked and left the place spotless.

We absolutely LOVE our 16’ x 8’ swim/spa from Loki Swim Spa. They assisted us in having it shipped from Florida to the Bahamas. The LED lights are beautiful. The swim jets are a blast. Natalie the owner is awesome. Our guests love it as well. This product and this company get our unqualified recommendation.

We really loved our swim spa at first I even gave a great review back then. But as time passed our pump started going out but they replaced it which was good. And again a second pump started going out they sent a guy out to replace it the night before the hurricane which we asked the guy not to work on it to wait until after the storm he went ahead because he said he wouldn’t be able to come back out for weeks so he ended up draining the water out and when we got flood water over our seawall because our swim spa wasn’t full yet because he had emptied. It to work on it caused our swim spa 24 footer to rise up above our wooden deck. We know you can’t help mother nature, but our swim spa wouldn’t had floated up if their worker wouldn’t had emptied the water out right before the storm Also, please do not install swim spas semi into the ground. They are NOT waterproof. The salesman that sold our swim spa to us googled our address and said we could Semi install our swim spa in the ground, even though we live next to the water So now any time the water comes over our seawall we will have to replace everything inside if we would’ve known this, we would’ve never semi installed it in the ground. They should’ve never one time told us to do this. The equipment inside is low end and doesn’t have long life China pumps when we’ve called the owner he doesn’t get in any hurry to call you back we do not recommend this company. In one picture is our spa at first then after they drained the water out and caused it to rise above the deck still to this day the swim spa hasn’t been cleaned out from underneath or leveled and installed back in we wish we would’ve just paid more for better Quality

Swim Spa Factory 2 is a great swim spa builder with great pricing. We bought the new 24 foot model in June 2023. The service was great with Randy and the operation manager. Building the spa was quick and it was delivered to me within 3 weeks. I also purchased the Clearwater Water Mineral Pure Copper Ionizer with the pool for an additional price. The model that was sold to me was the Spa R1. The product is great once I got the correct size for my pool. Ryan who is the owner of the copper ion system worked with me for over a month to get the Spa r1 to work, but we found out the model could not get the copper ions to activate. Eventually, he delivered a larger model to Swim Spa Factory 2 for me to pick up. The current model I have is the RC50. It works great and now I hardly have to adjust or add chemicals. The only thing I did not like was that I had to pick it up from the factory and hook it up myself. Swim Spa Factory 2 service tech was not well versed on the system and I was told that I knew more about it and would have better luck hooking it up. It took me a few hours but once it was running I have had no issues with it. The only current issue I have now is one of my filter compartments is leaking. I have not been successful to get the service tech out to fix it. He told me it was probably due to the fiber glass flexing on delivery because it is so large. Other than that we are very happy with the product.

I had a very pleasant experience with Randy he was wonderful to deal with and so informative. As far as the pool installation Brian and Dale went way out of their way to make sure everything was just right. Brian and Dale went way above and beyond and I cannot compliment their service enough. They get an A+++ as far as I am concerned. The only negative experience I had was with the excavator. I honestly believe he is just overwhelmed with too much work at once.

I can’t say enough about Swim Spa Factory 2. I looked around at quite a few places and SSF2 by far had the best price and turn around time. From the start when I ordered they were so friendly and knowledgeable, delivery was smooth and Nathalie in the office was more than helpful with any questions I had. Highly recommend!

Spa is ok, but shows discoloration and chips after only a month. DO NOT USE THE PEOPLE THEY RECOMMEND FOR INSTALLING THE CONCRETE OR ELECTRIC. Do yourself a favor, hire your own professional, make sure the concrete is perfectly level. Ours was not and Shawn has blown me off 5 times promising to come make it right. Ed, the electrician they recommend did an ok job, but drank beer the whole time he was here and left the line out of the ground. Overall it's really nice, but wish I had went with professionals instead of their recommendations😟

Bought 14 months ago it hasn’t functioned properly for over 8 months. The maintenance person doesn’t respond to questions or have the knowledge to fix the problem. He has brought used parts to try to fix the problems. To no avail. Stay away from this company. The owner Jimmy is nothing but rude about the situation. He gets agitated when my wife calls. If they fixed the issues they wouldn’t hear from us. This is the way our spa has looked all this time. You make up your own mind.

We purchased a swim spa from this company a couple of weeks ago. We couldn’t be more happy with the spa. Jimmy and Randy were easy to work with and answered any questions we had along the way. We were able to visit their facility and see how the swim spas were made which was a big plus. The delivery team were professional and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this company.
