"I cannot rate the durability of the pool just yet as we just received it, but with that said I’d like to congratulate Natalie and her staff on their excellent customer service and ease of purchase. We started by requesting a tour of the factory on a weekend and Natalie was extremely accommodating, opening up the warehouse and running us through all the models and options on her day off. Her sales rep Rhiannon was just as good answering all questions we had and picking up the phone whenever we called. Robert who is part of the build team was excellent and very patiently walked us through the electrical and logistical set up for the pool. Nato and his crew who delivered the pool were just as good and extremely pleasant to work with. The few hiccups we had were taken care and all is working well..Pool looks great and we’re enjoying it thoroughly. Thanks again Natalie and crew."
