Swift Cars Minicabs in London

Used to be my goto minicab company for over 6 years. But recent experiences have been poor. Overcharged and had a driver who was on his phone whilst driving to the airport, chatting on WhatsApp. Customer service used to be excellent and now they either ignore your messages or refuse to consider feedback.

Swift cars are always reliable and quick to address any issues (which are minimal). I’ve recently used them as a courier service to collect a prescription. They were reasonably priced and prompt and efficient.The operator was on top of the job ad polite and courteous. I definitely recommend them.

I initially tried to pre book an Uber to take me before 6am to Euston, but had no luck securing a driver. I tried Swift Cars and was really happy with their service. Communication was great, and they were polite in every interaction, including when I called back up to triple-check things (I'm an anxious traveller, lol!) Would use their service again without question.

Been using swift cars for years and always had the best experience. the app always runs on competitive rates and all the drivers are extremely professional and helpful. have had airport picks ups, drop off and london routes and not once the driver arrived late. Thank you swift cars.

I am sorry that I didn't get the name of our driver but he was tremendous. We stayed at the In and Out Club. They brought our bags down and, by the time we got downstairs a few minutes later, our bags were loaded and ready for us. Traffic was not bad and our driver said it would be about an hour ( which was better than when we came in by cab ). As we got closer Heathrow, the traffic started backing ups. But our driver said he knew a back way. I guess he id !! We were there in 45 minutes, Club to Heathrow. Swift Car is absolutely the way to go !!!

A cost effective quality service. As they are based in the congestion charging zone they don't add congestion charging to the cost of drops outside the zone. They were a third cheaper than my local cab service! 3.5 out of 5 stars for the quality of drive as this one time it needed to be chauffeur like 'smooth' and it wasn't. However, I'd definitely use this service again.

I had a poor experience using Swift Car on an airport transfer to Luton. The driver was driving with one hand and exceeding the speed limit. We requested the driver put two hands on the wheel. Instead of immediately doing so we ended up in an uncomfortable situation (with wife and 2 kids in the car) with a driver who wasn't taking the request or our safety seriously. When I complained in writing to Swift and requested a refund I received no response. If you don't like paying £74 for an airport transfer where your family's safety is compromised, I would recommend choosing another provider.

We had a transfer to stansted with our 2 kids. Our driver was a woman called Suad that honestly made the experience a 10/10: she was so kind/ patient/ good driver/ gave us updates on length of trip/ helped us with bags, etc… more than I would expect from a taxi driver. And when you travel with young kids you value this type of service even more. Also price was good, same level as Uber with added bonus that Uber could increase last minute or it may be delayed and this you are prebooking. Thanks Suad and swift cars!

Very punctual....affordable than others in area.... They always prioritise pre-booked services. Drivers are well behaved and experienced..... Always book a pre pay cab service on app or on swift cars webiste, it's more affordable and always turns up. 👍👍👍
