Used to be my goto minicab company for over 6 years. But recent experiences have been poor. Overcharged and had a driver who was on his phone whilst driving to the airport, chatting on WhatsApp.
Customer service used to be excellent and now they either ignore your messages or refuse to consider feedback.

Swift cars are always reliable and quick to address any issues (which are minimal). I’ve recently used them as a courier service to collect a prescription. They were reasonably priced and prompt and efficient.The operator was on top of the job ad polite and courteous. I definitely recommend them.
