Paul and his apprentice were very pleasant and I am very pleased with the chimney sweep today. The work was carried out methodically and the house was left in a clean state. I have deducted a star only due to the fact that there was a comment on the certificate about the carbon monitor /alarm. I was asked if I had one and showed the unit to the apprentice who acknowledged it but there was no discussion or advice as to where it would be best for this to be situated.This does not deter me from recommending them and I would certainly use them again.
