I think this is either the third or fourth time our chimney has been swept. As with all the previous occasions, the team turned up when they said they would, were pleasant and friendly, took care of my home by using floor coverings, did the job (including giving the woodburning stove a good clean out, left it all clean and tidy and promptly forwarded the paperwork. Everything I could ask for!On this occasion I also took advice about an unused fireplace which had some soot and other debris coming down. I would have been very happy for them to come back on another occasion to sweep it (which we agreed was what was needed) but as it was a small job they were able to fit it in which was really helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending SweepSmart to anyone with a chimney needing sweeping!
