Great service from start to finish making the whole process easy. I am sent reminders each year to book my chimney sweep which is essential as I will forget! Once I book, I am sent reminders of when it is coming up numerous times before and on the day they message when they will arrive. They leave the house clean and clear and answer any questions I have. Basically the whole process is no stress for me and I am confident that my fire is safe to use for the rest of the year. 100% recommend.
