We met Ben for the first time today and he did a marvellous job cleaning out our blocked chimney flue which was severely sorted. In addition he also gave us a really helpfull tutorial on how best to light our Woodburner and to operate the controls to keep it running effectively. Great job Ben . Superbly from start to finish. Ben explained everything that was going on. Gave me some advice on how I could make my burner work better and cleaner.Worked incredibly tidy and left no mess at all. Was sent my certificate the next day and had my next clean booked in. Can not recommend Ben highly enough.

Ben is a lovely guy. He took great care to cover our carpet and flooring and did a great job cleaning the chimney. He provided our certificate right away and his program will prompt us to book him in next year. That's the way to run a business.

Sweep Norfolk.Did an excellent job.cleaner chimney found some faults .Guided us on how to sort it out.Once job was dfinished .He returned airtested out chimney.We received our cert .Over he did an excellent job with little yo no fuss
