They recently merged with Park West Cleaning and service has gone downhill. I’ve never had such a poor experience with a cleaning company. We moved into a new home and had a deep cleaning done and paid over $400. When we moved in it seemed as though nothing was cleaned. They were supposed to wash the baseboards and with one wipe with a paper towel it was clear they weren’t cleaned. They sent their team member back who showed up with one rag and a multi purpose cleaner to clean three floors of baseboards. They were supposed to clean the inside of the cabinets and again not done. They were also supposed to clean the inside of the windows which also was not done based on the pictures I attached. These are things that were supposed to be done based on the package we purchased. I reached out asking for our money back and we were given a 25% discount for a service that seemed to be 10% complete. Not sure what happened after the merge but don’t waste the effort and energy.

This is my first time giving them a try and they have absolutely lost my business at a all time high they were supposed to come out to clean my carpet my appointment was from 10 -11 nobody call nobody answering the phone this is horrible service you have really lost a good customer.. And the fact they're not answering the phone at all is very unacceptable.. I hope this reaches somebody who is higher up and can really handle this situation very unacceptable.. I'm very upset on my Only off day..😡
