Brilliant service, range and prices. Couldn't be happier with our purchases today. Went in for 5 items and walked out with 10. We were looked after by Lachlan whose service was impeccable. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Great shopping experience and he also explained about their online store for future shopping and the ability to ship interstate.

Absolutely great experience from start to finish. Their website is so easy to navigate, especially compared to other carpet stores. Instore they have an impressive range of rugs to choose from. Judith is so friendly, helpful, patient and knowledgeable and gave us great service and fantastic advice. Choosing a rug was made easier in the knowledge that I was able to return and exchange it if I didn’t like how it looked or the size was wrong. I appreciated Chris loading the rug into my car. We purchased a mobile bench- it features now as the "Langdon". Although we were pleased initially, it became apparent that the castors were poor quality- because at $900+ it falls into a premium price point and you'd expect the castors to be fit-for-purpose. The castor problem does not appear until the bench is loaded- for example with a Kitchen Maid and food processor. Regardless the castors are crap and therefore we had to drag the bench across the floor. Recently the mobility issue began to really bug me, so I purchased four castors, with a robust bearing a thicker mounting plate and non marking wheels (rated at 90 kg per wheel) and WOW......what a difference!! It is not fair for anyone to purchase, what appears to be a solid product, to find out later, they need to outlay more to replace defective parts. When the trolley is empty and nothing on the bench is NOT the time to assess the mobility- when you get home and place 60 kg of appliance on it, and then try to move it around. The description states ".....is easy to move when needed". I found otherwise.

Excellent customer service! Judith went out of her way to fill my order quickly and efficiently. Answered my questions and kept me updated every step of the way. Price was also very competitive, this business will be my first stop for fixtures in the future!

We came for the first time this weekend and the BIG difference from other stores is people with so much knowledge. We were looking at sinks and had an incredibly helpful person who not only found the perfect sink but have us some great ideas for our renovation generally.

A first-class experience in every respect. Their tiler, Dan, did an extraordinary job: every detail executed perfectly, and skilfully repairing the floor base as required. I simply could not have been in better hands for a tile installation. Thank you Swan Street Sales!

I purchased a double table/desk for my sewing room. The ordering process was smooth as well as communication from them as to when it would be delivered. They delivered the table in sections, then built the unit onsite quickly and left taking all the packing material with them. Very happy with my purchase and the customer service was exceptional. I will use them again and recommend to my family/friends.
