Sam did a great job fixing my garage door, which would not open or close fully and was feeling very heavy. He swung by my home in Arvada same-day for an analysis, and came back the next morning to replace the springs and rebuild/tune hardware including new rollers. Repair was really quick. It works great and runs very smoothly now, also quieter than before!

Sam at Swain Garage Doors replaced our garage door opener at our home in lakewood, Colorado, and the difference is night and day. Sam (the owner who personally did the work) was fantastic! I had contacted another popular garage door company with high reviews when my garage door started to intermittently fail to close. That company told me I needed to replace my spring, rollers, and sensors and quoted me $1350. I got a second opinion from Sam who said I likely just needed an alignment of the sensors and he came out the next morning and completed the work for $250. Would have been $200 but one of the sensors that had been taped together by the previous owners turned out to be broken when tape was removed, so opted to replace that. Sam replaced it for $50 whereas the other company had quoted me $175 per sensor. So couldn't recommend more highly! Does honest business and great work!

Sam has been my go to garage guy. He’s installed several doors for me, I work as a contractor and his pricing is fair and his work is quality. He also does custom doors for high end customers. If you want respectable, quality, and timely service please use Sam over at Swain Garage doors.
