Fantastic service. Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and overall a top individual. LJ went beyond what was expected and was really down to Earth on what went wrong and what the fix was. Even though it was very cold in the evening, he still carried on with the job. After a busy shift, he still came down in the evening and stayed until the problem was solved.
