Esit: 7/6/25 work completed by Discount Septic County gave their approval all is good. Total cost $3800! PLUS $800 to Susie Q! So very disappointing that we are victims of the lack of knowledge! Edit: 6/24/25 estimate has come in as $3900 on top of the $800 we paid Susie Q. Edit 6/2/25: SQ told us we needed all 3 tanks pumped, so we (not knowing as this is an Advanced Septic System, we have been on septic for 30 yr but only a 1 tank system) is new to us had her pump all 3 per her direction. Charged for 2 loads $400 each. Several days later we had some HEAVY rains and the next day we saw the 3rd tank had floated. We have called around to see about having this resolved and seems to be several thousand dollars to fix this . 3 companies have stated that the 3rd tank should never be emptied since this system is an Advanced System and this should have been easy to determine by a knowledgeable septic company. Why you may ask I gave a 5 star review- against my better judgment I don't normally give reviews until several days or a week after work has been done. SQ asked for my to log into Google with her standing there and 'assisted' me to the site to give a review. I take responsibility with that as I knew better but allowed her presence and request to entice me tod do it then. I did reach out to her again yesterday with no reply. She was available on a holiday and lead us to believe she would reply 7 days a week, we don't expect an immediate response but at least a 'I'll get back to you' response. 5/26/25 Super quick to respond and very concerned to make sure we understood the process We appreciate the help

I don’t even want to give SuzyQ even one star, but I want EVERYONE NOT to try this company to clean your septic tank. They came out to the house said something about the septic tank may be too deep. Then they got into their truck and left without telling me anything. I tried to call Ms Sullivan back to see why they were leaving and they wouldn’t answer my call. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER TO HAVE THEM COME OUT. They will leave you high and dry!!!😤

Quick professional service! We have had our septic pumped by 2 others in the past. I thought they did well until Suzy q! She’s the best! They ran a hose and used a rake to get everything out! I highly recommend her!
