After having a very frustrating😡 experience trying to arrange a long-distance tow from Augusta to Atlanta through AAA, Suttons Towing truly came to the rescue. I had three other contractors either cancel, suggest I change my scheduled time to accommodate them, or push me to reschedule altogether. I needed my F-350 pickup truck towed that day at a specific time, and I was not willing to keep rearranging my schedule. From the moment Suttons Towing contacted me, I could tell I was dealing with a true professional. The owner was confident, knowledgeable, and clear in his communication. He asked what time I needed him there — and he showed up exactly as promised.🙌 The entire process was smooth and stress-free. My truck was carefully loaded, secured, and transported without any issues. Very unprofessional. Tow fees are outrageous. Charged my brother over $7,000 to tow his cattle trailer 12 miles down the road. Tow fee should have been no more than $1,000. That's what his competitors would have charged. Even with daily impound fees, that's about $1,000.

The owner called the law when we were picking up our property and we already paid in full trying to intimidate us, Unprofessional and very overpriced.

It was absolutely a lifesaver when my old car died right at a busy traffic light today and I did not know what to do. They showed up so incredibly fast and moved the vehicle out of the way before a bad wreck could happen.

Finally got home after a long day of driving. Tried to get my loaded semi turned around on wet mud not even thinking. Of course I got stuck. I called these guys. They were prompt, friendly and did the job with ease. I can’t say enough about Ray and the service they provided. 5 stars easily. He had his father out there helping him which was a beautiful sight to see, keeping him young lol. If you need any towing assistance this is the company you want.

Travelling from North Carolina to Alabama along I-20 I was involved in an accident with an 18-Wheelers tire blowing up and disabling my car. Suttons came out, helped me fix my car and got me on my way and gave me a phenomanal deal for being a First Responder. Great guy, quick response, great service and care.

I needed roadside assistance in the wee of the night. I was stranded in a no man's land along I-20, and Ray proved to be a ram in the bush. He seemed genuinely concerned about my safety and well-being and went above and beyond to ensure that I made it to my destination. He made what could have been a terrifying experience a lot less trying. He arrived about 20 minutes quicker than his ETA and treated me with nothing but respect and kindness. I hope that I won't need his services again, but I strongly advise anyone who finds themselves in a similar position to call him.
