On holiday in Eastbourne we used this service for a couple of trips. We were treated with courtesy, a running commentary on what we were seeing, all our questions answered in the most friendly way. Even when out walking Sussex cars stopped several times to let my disabled husband cross the road. Absolutely thumbs up.

I have been using this company several times a week for nearly 3 months now, and they have not faulted. They collect my teenage daughter and take her to college in Eastbourne. I order through the app and get updates without fail. Each driver is here by the specified time (I sometimes prebook with only 15mins notice). They are courteous, polite and make my daughter feel at ease using their service. She has autism and struggles with conversations. However, she feels really comfortable getting in the taxis and has got used to regular drivers. I will continue to use this service while I cannot drive myself. Thank you :)

Booked for wedding and paid upfromt. Cancelled via their messaging service online over 24 hrs before. Checked on day of wedding and hadn't cancelled at lunchtime so cancelled via automated service. No taxi showed up. Yet still charged. Sent messages to check policy but no reply. Very unfriendly on phone initially. Would not use again.

Booked a taxi on app - £18, taxi would be with me in 15 minutes. Ten minutes later app still finding a driver. I called the office and the miserable person on the phone said it’s because there no taxis in your area. I questioned if I’d be charged the £2.50 cancellation even though they couldn’t provide me a taxi … they said yes!!!!! They then magically found a taxi which would be with me in ten minutes - £27 has been taken from my bank. Definitely not using this company again 👎

We arranged two taxis in advance and booked another one at short notice. The drivers were prompt, courteous and helpful with luggage. The cars were comfortable and very clean and fresh. Friendly drivers. Thank you.

I HAVE HAD TO START USING TAXIS SINCE EASTER SATURDAY 2025 DUE TO 2 STROKES I HAD,I LIKE ALL THE DRIVERS.I DO NOT MAKE MISTAKES EVER .I MAKE IT QUITE CLEAR TO WHERE I AM GOING TO AND WHERE I NEED PICKING UP FROM.SHE LIED AND WAS ARGUMENTATIVE THATS BAD FOR BUSINESS.I WONT SAY THE NAME OF THE PLACE. SHE SAID YOU WANTED PICKING UP FROM THE DRS SURGERY .I NEVER SAID THAT.I SAID FROM WHERE I LIVE TO THE DRS SUGERY ,THEN TO THE BANK THEN BACK HOME.SHE IS THE SORT OF PERSON WHO BELIEVES SHE IS NEVER WRONG WHICH SHE WAS THIS MORNING. SHE AS A VERY BAD ATTITUDE.BUT I FORGIVE HER.

I left a 5-star review for you guys, but I have to change it to 1 star because today one of your drivers was reversing, and they turned a little too fast, and I am car sick, which means it made me feel a little bit sick. Also, when I track the drivers on the app, your drivers just sit there after accepting the job for like 10 minutes, and it made my mom miss her doctor's appointment. Also, when we went on holiday, we needed to catch a train, and because of one of your drivers just sitting there after accepting the job, we missed the train. Will be relying on buses from now on.

Booked on app 26 pounds Driver said it’s 30 pounds Suggested quicker route for him 35 pounds Make up the prices as they go, rang the office to ask what the policy is? I’ll ring the police if you don’t pay the driver - I’m on minimum wage, I can’t deal with this. Ring office hours on Monday. Can’t take the app for or quotes by driver. Police called if you don’t pay inflated prices by 20% + Cowboy operators

WOULD BE 0 STARS. Never ever book this taxi company ever. Unreliable, rude staff and frankly terrible service. We prebooked a taxi using the app for the next evening, and when it came to our booking slot we were never allocated a driver. I called the number and the women who answered told me there was no driver in the area. When I asked why our pre booking was not honoured she rudely told me that it was not a pre booking using the app and you only get a driver when available. NONE of this information was told at the the time of booking. We were left stranded with no available time to walk to the station to catch our train. Disappointed is an understatement. I was strongly urge no one to use this service.

I always book Sussex cars via the app and always get great service. Never use the taxis outside station as the drivers are really rude
